Sapience Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and support messages to users who have explicitly opted in via:

• web forms with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox,

• scheduling/booking forms, or

• other verified opt-in methods.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up notifications, rescheduling notices, and customer support communications.

1.2 Cancellation Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that sent you messages.
After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications.

To rejoin, simply opt in again through our website or booking system.

1.4 Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We support all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.

1.7 Age Requirement
